Originally opened more than 75 years ago, Gates, Kingsley & Gates Moeller Murphy Funeral Directors has served Santa Monica and neighboring communities with high standards and compassion for generations.While the funeral home was closed from August 2016 to August 2018, another Dignity Memorial? provider, Pierce Brothers Westwood Village, cared for local families. Though that location is only 3 miles from Gates, Kingsley & Gates Moeller Murphy, it became clear to all that the area is best served by both locations. Accordingly, our facility was reopened and we are proud to again be part of this community.
